Candidates who passed our employment examination will be hired at the position according to his/her skills and experiences.
Internal Education and Promotion System
We have an established internal education and promotion system for the persons who have strong intention to be professional hairstylists.
Senior staff will teach you how to do each assignment and what you should know for each assignment.
We have achievement test for each step. You can challenge the test whenever you are ready to do so.
You will be promoted when you clear the achievement test for the assignment of the position.
In addition to the above assignment, company will provide you the following curriculum for the beginners and the persons who want to step-up the skills and knowledges for the professional hairstylist.

|First Year||O-mo-te-na-shi (customer service) at hair salon, Physical understanding of hairs and skins, Chemical knowledge of the compositions used for hair treatment including shampoo and perm, Basic technique for color winding, hair straightening, blowing and hairstyling|
|Second Year||Professional technique for long-haircutting, medium-haircutting, short-haircutting and men’s haircutting|
|Third Year||Professional technique for basic hair-setting and up-style hair-setting, Other important ability for good hairstylist|
