OMBRE COLOUR |
Customer's preference |
She was looking for a hair colour that would not be as boring as a plain brown, as well as not having her hair bleached. She also wanted a colour which she would not get bored of, so a two-tone colouring technique was the best option. |
Advice from the stylist |
Shampoo and treatment for a hair colour like this is extremely important to retain the hair colour. As such, the difference between leave-in treatment and washable treatment was also explained to the customer after the whole colouring process. |
Customer's thoughts on the outcome |
The final product turned out really well because it was not too loud for the company's liking while the purple hues gave a gradation from mid-point to the end of the hairs. The customer was really delighted at how her hair retained its shine even with the hair colour. |
Stylist's thoughts on the outcome |
If the hair were brown, it was possible to add a natural-looking ashy brown to it to create a more dynamic and accented hair colour such that it blends well with the violet hues. With this, it will look good as it is, but if the hair was curled, it would add another layer of glamour to it. Since her hair was not bleached, the colour will not fade off to an ugly shade of yellow, but will return to the previous shade of brown - which will also result in another effect for the two-toned colour. |
