Customer's preference |
The customer liked her bob hairstyle and wanted to keep it, but at the same time also found it a little unexciting and wanted some change. |
Advice from the stylist |
Since the customer wanted to keep her bob, I thought it’d be good to give her a hair colour change while maintaining her bob haircut, and thus suggested highlights and lowlights to her. Such a style would allow her hair to have more visible movement with just a simple comb-through. For customers who would prefer not to have too-bright highlights, adding a panel of lowlights just below the highlighted section would enable subtler highlights to be shown off beautifully. For customers with a preference for an image change but with less flashy styles, this style would be the perfect choice. |

Stylist's thoughts on the outcome |
As a fan of bob styles myself, I find it to be a feminine, low maintenance style that can be adjusted to suit anyone simply by varying its length. I’m glad to have been able to give the customer an image change with minimal damage to her hair. |
