GREY COLOUR |
Customer's preference |
The customer wanted a hair colour that would look glossy, be free of strong yellowish and reddish undertones, long-lasting, translucent (natural-looking), and to be of a nice middling hue that is neither too dark nor too bright. |
Advice from the stylist |
As the customer had really good hair, I mainly gave her advice on the proper techniques when using a hair dryer to better help her maintain the quality of her hair. |
Customer's thoughts on the outcome |
As the natural ash grey colour was able to provide coverage for both reddish and yellowish tones -the former which would show up easily due to the natural quality of her hair, and the latter which she was keen to avoid-, she was happy with the outcome. |
Stylist's thoughts on the outcome |
As grey is a colour that would show up differently depending on the undertone of the customer's hair, I took the customer's concerns into consideration when adjusting the combination of chemicals for making her colour, and am glad to have been able to create a colour that matched her preferences. |
