GREY COLOUR |
Customer's preference |
Customer wanted to remove the yellowish undertones of her hair, and wanted a colour that would be long-lasting, difficult to tire of, full of lustre, and of a nice middling hue that is neither too dark nor too bright. |
Advice from the stylist |
As how long her hair colour would last is largely dependent on what the customer does for post-colouring home care, I explained to her the differences between standard, off-the-shelf shampoos and treatments, and those of our salon's. |
Customer's thoughts on the outcome |
She was satisfied that the colouring managed to turn her original faded out, damaged-looking hair to a lustrous grey. |
Stylist's thoughts on the outcome |
As the customer's original hair had faded out and had strong yellowish tones, I mixed in a bit of green during the creation of the grey colour. The result is a glossy, natural-looking colour. |
