I added layer to the hair while keeping the overall length.
As her hair has a tendency to look stiff, I adjusted the weight of the hair to project a softer look.
As for the colour, I did a 'see-through colour'.
'See-through colour' allows the colour to seem slightly more toned down with the colour seemingly more translucent as compared to the usual solid colour. It therefore also allows for a softer look.
Finishing it off, I styled her hair with some waves using the hot iron. 'See-through colour' is only possible depending on the condition of the customer's hair
