I reduced the length of the hair by 2cm and added layer to it.
As her previous perm was still present, I added the layer in order to optimise the volume created by the perm. Ending it off, I did a simple styling to it.
Where the curls were loose, I used the curler to allow the curls to be more defined.
In Japan, this style is called 『 yurufuwa 』.
