Good afternoon everyone! Today I am writing a post about short consultation at Art Noise.

As much as we want to answer to all your queries about hair via sms or phone to save you the hassle of coming down to our salon for a consultation, there are limitations to the quality of advice that we can give you over the phoneline. Interpretation of certain words, like of shades of colours and level of curliness varies from one person to another. Even with photos, the colour of hair shown may not be accurate and is subjected to lighting condition. It is also very hard for us to give precise comment about damage level of your hair with only photo. In other words, the tendency is that we can only give estimates for consultation over phoneline and online chats.

Therefore, it is actually best for you to come down personally to Art Noise for a free 5-10minute consultation with our stylists to ascertain the feasibility and the cost of the hair service that you are looking for. While we may not be able to carry out the hair service immediately after the consulation as our stylists tend to be booked, you can book an appointment with us during your visit to Art Noise.
