Hi there!

I believe my fellow receptionists have been guiding you through taking appointments here at Art-Noise. One thing for sure is that making an appointment beforehand is always the best.

There have been a few instances where customers walk in to test their luck but most of the time we have to ask them to come again. It makes me sad sending these customers off 🙁 But if you’re in for a quick treatment or headspa, there may be a chance! Little bits of trimming could also slip in but could be less likely. But that will boil down to your luck , if the stylist can’t serve you on that day we would reject you.

However, the best is to plan and book ahead to avoid any dissapointments.

This is especially so for festive periods like Chinese New Year when we would have customers with reservations made from 6 months ago and weekends!
