hi guys natasha here!

today i would like to write about things that you are doing might actually bad for your hair. im going to write some of it that i know. shower in the morning, dont blow dry your hair, go to sleep with wet hair, dont cut your hair at least 2 months once. these are the things you should not do. so its better if you do all the opposite. shower at night and blow dry your hair and go to sleep with dry hair. and its better if you tie your hair very lightly so that there will be no friction while you are sleeping and your hair wont tangle. and if you want to keep a smooth and shiny long hair, its actually better if you cut frequently.
