Can’t get an appointment?!

Hello! It’s Linnah here.

We often get a lot of phone calls from customers who tell us they can’t get an appointment for the time slot they want with the stylists they want, and they’re really frustrated. Of course, it’s really unfortunate to hear them at their wits’ ends, but it doesn’t help when they scold us for not being available

Personally, my best advice would be to book your appointments really early! Especially if you know you’re going to be doing something that takes up quite a lot of time (like rebonding or colouring), try to give us a call or drop us an email a couple of weeks ahead. Of course, given work schedules and emergencies, this might be really difficult to do…

It’s also easier to get appointments if you’re willing to let meet other stylists and give them a try! Sometimes, specific stylists are really popular at certain periods of time, so it might be easier to get an appointment with someone else! Our stylists are all highly qualified, and know what they’re doing, so you don’t have to worry!
