Hello! It’s a cloudy Monday today and it looks like it’s going to rain soon…

I wonder if stylists get Monday blues since they work through the weekend anyway?

I feel rather sorry for Seiya today because he got all fired up and came in very early for a complicated color job (5 hour slot!) and he ended up having to turn the customer away because she did not accept that her desired look required 2 rounds of bleach… Please bear in mind that if our stylists cannot reach an understanding with a customer, they do have the right to reject the request! As such, please express your desires to us clearly when making your booking, especially if you are looking for something on the complicated side!

Ideally, we would need pictures of your desired style and of your current hair (preferably in neutral lighting!) Also, let us know your hair history (especially bleaching, rebonding, perming, coloring at home, coloring white hair, and keratin treatments done using a straightening iron). It may be difficult to lift your hair to a lighter color after rebonding, certain keratin treatments, or box dye/dye for covering white hair, and it is not advisable to try to rebond or perm bleached hair.

Sometimes customers have difficulty sending us pictures over SMS, so we recommend whatsapping us at 8338 0958!
