Hello everyone! Today, I will be sharing about the SMS reminder system that we have here at Art-Noise.

Once you have made an appointment with us, you should receive an SMS reminder from us one week prior and one day prior to your appointment. It should resemble the following format:

As the message above mentions, do remember to reply to our SMS reminders! Reply with a Y to confirm your appointment, a N to cancel and a R to reschedule. If you plan to reschedule your appointment, it will also be great if you could let us know when you’d like to change your appointment to.

By replying to our SMS reminders, it can help us ensure that your appoinntment has been confirmed and that you will be coming down to Art-Noise for your hair service!

And don’t feel shy about cancelling/rescheduling your appointment one day prior, we understand that everyone has busy lives and we appreciate that you booked an appointment with us. We very much rather a cancellation a day prior than a cancellation at the last minute, so we may still fit in another appointment instead
