Conversations with customers

I’ve been wondering if customers feel strange with the language barrier between them and the hairstylists.

When I interpret for customers, I usually say everything so even small comments I will translate them as well. I am not sure if that helps the conversation but I personally have a lot of fun chatting with customers and their concerns. The only thing is sometimes I don’t get know when the customer is asking me or asking the hairstylist. If the customer says ‘What do you think?’ are they asking me or asking the hairstylist? Hahahaha

That aside, some customers talk about their work at our salon and it’s really interesting to listen to.

So customers can feel free to start a conversation ^_^
