Texture Control <3

Today I’m introducing a service that isn’t officially on the menu (because I’ve run out of things to talk about, who decided it would be a good idea for us part-timers to have to blog twice a day anyway) and it’s texture control by our most serious stylist, Seiya!!

So what’s texture control and what does it do?

Long story short, it straightens frizziness! It cannot straighten wavy or curly hair (it’s really not that strong!) because it’s very gentle. Which means it’s also less damaging to your hair! It’s also a lot cheaper ($162 vs $278 for aqua rebonding, not inclusive of wash and blow). So this is good for people who have naturally straight hair but are trying to deal with frizz!

Not all hair is suitable for this, and we can’t always give you 100% reliable advice over the phone because customers sometimes aren’t honest with us (like the customer who assured me her [very damaged and complicated] hair was short and that her rebonding could be squeezed into 3 hours and it turned out to be mid-back…) So we can’t guarantee that texture control is suitable for you without a thorough consultation!

This is a service done only by Seiya because it’s technically not on our menu and it’s something he’s come up with himself using the products we have! So if you want to try this out, be sure to designate him specifically.
