The impact of a fringe

In the last post we showed you the different variations of short hair and how one factor such as the type of cut can determine the impression you give of. It can either be gentle and cute or cool and chic.

In this post, let me show you how you can change your look depending on the way you wear your fringe.

Create a effortless ruffled chic look by just using a straightener on a handful of strands. Straighten it outwards at the side and sideways on the fringe for a messy look.

In contrast to the previous style, this is a much neater look where you clip the top half of your fringe to create a see through bang. This is a great chance to make use of simple accessories to draw attention to your hairstyle. To achieve this, just use a twisting outwards technique on the top half of your fringe and clip it down. You may want to use some hair oil to tame stray hairs.

This look requires a little more work with a curling iron and a hairdryer but I gotta say it looks great! The curls create volume and with the fringe styled up, it brightens up the face, creating a very refreshing look!
