Do bear in mind that we prioritize appointments in the following manner – phone call, SMS/Whatsapp, email, and then social media. Appointments taken over the phone will be given top priority. Responses via email and social media may take longer than expected. Hence, if you would like to make an urgent appointment, please contact us by phone. If you would like to be served by a specific stylist, please let us know! There is no additional charge for designating a stylist for your appointment, and we do not have a ranking system here at Art Noise. If you do not select a stylist for yourself, we will assign you to someone, and your stylist may be changed at our discretion in order to accommodate other customers who have a designated stylist. Our Instagram account (@art_noise_singapore) is regularly updated with our stylists’ work, so please feel free to browse their pictures and select a stylist who produces work that gels with your aesthetic.
We can also advise you about your hair over Whatsapp if you have any queries with respect to the style that you would like to do. Customers often ask for precise price estimates for styles such as perms and more complicated colors that require bleach. However, we cannot give you a definite estimate without knowledge of your hair. Thus, if you would like an estimate, please send us pictures of your hair and pictures of the style that you would like. We will then consult with the stylists in order to provide you with accurate information. Furthermore, some services may not be possible for us to provide depending on the state of your hair – for example, we may be unable to rebond or perm hair that has been bleached. In order to prevent your disappointment after taking the effort to visit us, we recommend that you consult with our stylists via Whatsapp first.
Recently, there have been many incidents of customers coming late or not arriving at all. In such cases, the following customer’s appointment may be significantly delayed. We ask that you be as punctual as possible, as we may not be able to carry out the planned services or accommodate you at all if you are too late. If you find that you are waiting for your stylist longer than expected, we ask for your kind understanding as we are trying our best to accommodate all involved. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, we ask that you contact us to let us know as we are often booked back to back, and may have to shift later appointments to try to accommodate you.
As a company hailing from Japan, Art-Noise’s home branch is located in Ikebukuro, Japan. We also have a third outlet in Melbourne, Australia. Popular stylists who have previously worked in the Singapore branch have been transferred to these other outlets. Yukie works at the Japan branch, while Toshie works at the Melbourne branch. If you happen to need hair services while traveling, either of our sister branches would be happy to accommodate you! We are always looking to expand, so we hope to be able to serve you at other locations soon.
