eggs are good for hair!

Hello! Today I am making everyone in the salon listen to aiko (the lady in the top picture) because I love her.

Anyway today I’m half dead so I asked Seiya what I should blog about, and he said I should just talk about lunch. That seems very off-topic to me, and I haven’t actually eaten lunch yet, so I thought maybe I could look at what foods are good for hair growth?

There’s an old wives’ tale that black sesame helps darken hair and promote hair growth, but I don’t know if that’s scientifically proven and I don’t particularly want to look it up right now.

Eggs are rich in biotin, which helps promote hair growth! Biotin is also taken as a supplement for hair and nail growth, but apparently people who have a balanced diet won’t see much effect from it.

I like eggs and eat them a lot so I guess biotin won’t really help me.

This is making me think of Tati and her Halo pills.

I want to eat porridge… Maybe I’ll add an egg and get some of that biotin and hair growth >:)
