Hello everyone!

I would like to inform you readers that from February onwards, the Japanese hair salon Art-Noise would have a new type of perm – the Chiffon Perm!
For this perm, we use a weaker form of chemicals for the curls but the final product would be one that is similar to that of a digital perm ^^
This sort of perm is recommended for those who are concerned about the current damage on their hair but still want big curls

The perm would be listed on our official pricing in February so do look out for it~
And there will be no surcharges during the CNY period so do feel free to book an appointment with our hair stylists anytime
