Enforcement of consultations

Good morning everyone!!

I’m sure we are all very excited at the newest addition to the Art-Noise Stylist Team, Hajime!
Today I will talk about the reason for having consultations with our customers before they get their hair done, regardless if they have an image in mind already!

Our stylists would go all the way to ask you about the current condition of your hair before giving the best advice on how you should go about doing your hair. Sometimes the hair stylist is able to provide the customer with more options, or give alternatives to what the customer has already thought about.

Alternatively, there are also times when the stylist will give the customer alternatives which might lower the overall expenditure at the salon, because they feel that there is no need to do it in a particular way so they can always suggest other methods, but still achieve a very similar final product! (:

So do not hesitate to ask tons of questions to our hair stylists when it comes to concerns about your hair because they are the hair professionals so they would be able to explain or clear any misconceptions regarding how one maintains their hair (:
