Credibility of Art-Noise

Good morning everyone!

Today I shall share a little bit about the history of our salon.

As you already know, the salon hails from Tokyo, Japan.
Art-Noise was the brainchild of our manager years ago.
He had wanted to have a salon of his own with his own motto and values such that he will be able to provide the best services to his customers.

As seen from the above photo, it was a competition held in Japan in 2009.
Art-Noise in Ikebukuro, Tokyo was a small business with only 6 seats for customers and 6 shampooing areas when they first started out.
They decided to take a leap of faith and participate in a nation-wide contest where more than 1000 salons participated in it.

And guess what? They won the Grand Prix!!
It was the efforts from four years combined that led to this achievement.
The criteria in the competition were: the rate of return customers, satisfaction and comfort levels of our customers, revenue earned, as well as the techniques/skills of our stylists which were able to attend to the needs of the customers.

Art-Noise has been participating in the very same competition ever since the creation of the salon. It is definitely not an easy feat, so the top is where we will always aim.
We will continue to serve our customers with our hearts and the stylists will always aim to improve and better themselves in terms of their skills and how they approach the requests of their customers.
