Striking Yellow

I know yellow doesn’t seem like a color you would want on your hair but maybe you would like to rethink that again. Recently there has been a ton of extremely bright highlights and colored tips, and I am talking about neon colors. Having full neon hair may be a little too much, so you may want to have it against your base color first. Besides, having it against a light base brings out the neon colors very well.

It is a great way to revamp your look after you get sick of your current hair color without having to cause major damage to your hair overall.
