so usually i would ask the stylist about the look but monday is shuji’s off day so

enjoy your off day while the rest of us suffer here

on the bright side the annoying one has gone off!!!!!! although i think he’s coming back later this month. very sian. very sad.

and speaking of things that are very sad

just now i picked up a phone call and someone complained that yesterday she called multiple times and no one could speak english to her

and come on. that’s not true. some of the stylists may not be as good at english as the others but it’s just not true that they completely can’t speak english!

and learning another language as an adult is difficult you know? understanding what the other person is also really difficult if they have an accent that you’re not used to!

it would be nice if people could be understanding

we are super short staffed now so there are days when there are no translators on hand. even so, please be patient and nice to our stylists, they work hard

(and also, i personally feel it’s just not very smart to piss off service staff, but ok you do you lol)
