This was done with a regular creep perm. As the customer wanted a convenient hairstyle, TOSHIE-san set her hair by scrunching her curls to give it a more balanced, cuter look. As this customer’s hair ends at her shoulders, scrunching also helps to reduce excessive curling at the hair ends, allowing for easier curl maintenance!
