As you can see from the above picture, stylist Hajime did a very simple brown ombre colour for this customer!

For those of us with stricter workplace restrictions, or who are dyeing their hair for the first time, brown is often a popular and safe choice, as it is a natural-looking colour and less flat compared to black hair.

While this may also be interpreted by some as boring, the plainness of brown also allows for greater styling versatility! This is especially so when compared to bright coloured hair, which tend to be more fragile due to the greater number of chemicals it had to be subjected to.

A simple technique that our stylists here at Art-Noise often use to give more life and dimension to brown hair is to add curls! Adding curls to the ends of one’s hair, for instance, can often go a long way in making one’s hair look more voluminous! It also subtly accentuates the coloured parts of one’s hair by pushing the sections of it into the light.

Lastly, we would also like to remind our customers that our stylists’ slots up until Chinese New Year are almost all taken! Currently, we only have a few weekday slots left. Weekend slots will not be available unless cancellations occur!
