This customer have a liking for bleached hair colors and her hair was already bleached before visiting us for this hair color. KEIKO noticed her hair ends was not in a good condition to be bleached further and this customer had relatively fine hair as well, so bleaching would’ve further damaged her hair. So KEIKO suggested to dye the ever popular ash gray which is perfect for bleached hair as this series of color will not be obvious on darker hair colors.
