The correct method of shampooing

Firstly, make sure your hair is tangle free by lightly brushing it before wetting it in the shower.

Next, wet your hair

During this step. Ensure the water temperature is not too hot and also the water pressure is not too strong as it will cause damage to your hair. Water temperature about 38degrees is ideal.

While wetting the hair, ensure that you properly rinse off excess dirt and sebum on your hair and scalp.

By doing so, it will help the shampoo lather better with a smaller amount. All shampoo contains cleaning chemicals and the nutrients in your hair will get washed away if you use an amount more necessary.

Correct method of shampooing will protect your scalp and hair, keeping them healthy.

The main purpose of shampooing is to remove the oxidized sebum and dirt produced by the scalp, not to only apply the shampoo directly on the hair.

By doing so, we keep the scalp closes to the roots where new hair grows clean. This helps to support healthy hair.

Your hair is cleaned when the shampoo bubbles from your roots travel down to the ends during rinsing. There are no problems doing it this way. However, putting too much shampoo in direct contact with your hair is linked to damage.
