Hair tip – deep conditioning

Do you know what is deep conditioning?

It is a way to condition your hair alike the hair mask, with more effectiveness than just your normal conditioning – and you don’t have to spend a bomb to do it! You can take the usual conditioner you use for your hair and it works as effectively too!

What are the steps?

After shampooing your hair and rinsing it off cleanly, apply your normal conditioner to your damp hair, working through it with a wide-tooth comb.

For your hair to be able to be conditioned well, leave it in for 10-15 minutes, or you can even leave it in to the 30 minute mark!

You can wear a shower cap so that you can leave it in your hair while you go about doing other stuff; or you can consider getting a warm, damp towel to wrap around your head for increased effectiveness. The heat opens the hair shafts, which allows the conditioner to penetrate deep into the hair

Finally, rinse it off and you are done!

You can consider doing this once a week, or if your hair is dry/damaged, you can consider doing it 2-3 times a week (depending on your schedule, of course)
