deep conditioning

Do you know what deep conditioning is?

This is a method of adjusting the head like a hair mask and is more effective than general conditioning. No need to adjust with a bomb. It is also effective to use a general shampoo that is used on the head!

What is the procedure?

After shampooing and cleaning the head, apply regular conditioner to wet hair and condition it with a wide comb.

For better hair conditioning, you can leave it for 10 to 15 minutes or leave it until the 30 minute mark.

You can wear a shower cap so you can leave it on your head while you are doing other work. Or consider wrapping your head in a warm, damp towel for added effectiveness. The heat opens the stems of the head and the conditioner penetrates deep into the hair.

Finally, wash it off, you’re done!

You can consider doing it once a week, or if your head is dry / damaged, you can consider doing it 2-3 times a week (of course, yours) Based on the schedule)
