Tips for permed hair care!

Hi everyone~

Hope everyone has had a good weekend! Perms have been quite popular amongst our customers lately, and so today I will be sharing with you some tips on caring for your perm!

A lot of us have the habit of blow-drying our hair after washing, but what most of us don’t realise is that how we dry our hair could affect how long our hairstyles would last! Our stylist has shared a few tips on how to properly dry your hair to help your curls last longer:

Start drying from the roots of your hair and slowly work your way down
Avoid tugging your hair too much while drying. Excessive tugging will stretch your curls and they won’t be able to last as long as a result!
Using your fingers, twist your curls as you dry your hair
For bigger, fluffier curls, try to blow-dry your hair as much as possible (100% dry would be best!)
For gentler, wavy curls, you may leave the last bit of dampness to dry naturally.
