Customer's preference	The customer wanted to add a striking color to her hair, through an inner color
Advice from the stylist	Although she wanted a pale tone ash color, it would be difficult to achieve without the use of bleach. She also wanted a colorthat can be achieved by just coloring once. Hence, I recommended warm colors which can be nicely achieved through a one time color. Dyeing the hair only once is better too as it would bring about lesser damage to the hair as well. With a short bob style, it is nice when the inner color can be seen when the hair is swept back.
Customer's thoughts on the outcome	As the customer has always had a short bob, her hair cannot be arranged much and it gets boring over time. Hence, she was glad that she could get a change in style by adding color to her hair.
Stylist's thoughts on the outcome	Inner color allows you to keep your original hair color and customers can enjoy both colors. This is a color I recommend for those who want a little change as well as those who want a bold change.
